How many visits do I need?

That’s why we strong encourage our clients to commit to ~3 months of PT to correct underlying root causes of dysfunction and create lasting change in their bodies
Do you take insurance?
Apricity Physical Therapy & Wellness is an out-of-network practice.
We take a true whole-body approach, integrating the pelvic floor with areas like the jaw, neck, hips, knees, and feet, to create more connected, lasting results. This level of comprehensive, individualized care simply isn’t possible within the limitations of insurance-based models.
We provided each patient with a Super Bill at the end of each session which you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. You can contact your insurance company to see what your plan reimburses.
How much does a session cost?
90 minute evaluation: $300
~55 minute follow up: $215
We also offer 10 visit packages at a 10% discount

Internal pelvic floor work is a powerful and useful tool to both assess and treat muscle coordination issues and muscle tension/pain. Do I have to do internal pelvic floor work?
No! While it can be a useful tool, we are trained in assessing the body in several different ways and can generate a treatment plan without any internal work if it is not a good fit for you.
Can I come to my appointment if I’m on my period?
Yes! There are several different treatments we can do at your appointment that don’t include internal pelvic floor work. However, we are comfortable and professional completing internal work while on your period based on your comfort and need!
